When Returns & Refunds Are Accepted
We only offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if:
• We sent you the wrong item, or
• The product you received is defective or damaged due to our error
Returns or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
When Returns & Refunds Are Not Accepted
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
• Sale items, discounted items, and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return or Refund
1. Email us at dhamarng@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process if it qualifies.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is approved because of our error (wrong or defective item), DHAMAR will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other situations, returns are not accepted.
